Meet Stephanie, who joined Tiny Steps Developmental Services in December 2025 as an Administrative Assistant. Stephanie is an organized and client-focused professional with a strong mix of communication, leadership, and support experience, particularly in mental health support.
Stephanie earned her Associate’s in History from Pierce College located in Woodland Hills, CA and her Bachelor’s in General History from California State University, Los Angeles. She brings sharp research and writing abilities alongside a natural talent for creating smooth, efficient workflows. Stephanie has supervised teams, supported daily operations, and worked directly with students and customers in fast-paced environments—all of which has strengthened her adaptability and problem-solving skills. With proficiency in Microsoft Office, bilingual communication in Spanish and English, and experience in event and logistics coordination, she is committed to bringing reliability, positivity, and a team-oriented mindset to every workplace she joins.
Outside the workplace, you can find her catching up on her favorite podcasts, participating in volunteer work supporting local feline rescues, and trying new local eateries. Stephanie believes that professionalism and attention to detail form the foundation of excellent public service, and brings that mindset into every project she takes on.
