Her integrative style draws from CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based practices within a client-centered framework, incorporating somatic awareness to support emotional regulation and resilience. Her clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and neurodiversity.
As a first-generation Armenian American, Erin is committed to reducing mental health stigma and increasing access to care in diverse communities. She has provided Psychological First Aid during the Los Angeles fires, promoted autism awareness, and is currently researching how acculturation influences parenting among Armenian American parents of autistic children. Erin is dedicated to helping clients from all backgrounds strengthen their well-being and move toward healing in a collaborative, supportive environment.
