Job Summary:
The Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, Licensed Clinical Psychologist) will be responsible for providing individual, family, couples and/or group therapy, and monitoring treatment-planning efforts while maintaining appropriate clinical documentation.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provides individual, family, couples and/or group therapy.
- Provide accurate diagnosis and engage in treatment planning using appropriate interventions based on each client’s needs
- Use collaborative documentation to appropriately document client’s sessions in company EHR.
- Stay up to date on legal ethical regulations related to their license
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated skill in clinical interviewing.
- Demonstrated ability in individual, couples, family and/or group therapy
- Demonstrated skills in consultation and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Experience with children and adults
- Must be willing to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination
- Some evening availability required
- Grasp of basic technology, including but not limited to: Excel, Word, Outlook, OneDrive and Zoom
- Experience and comfortability with Telehealth services
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
- Credentialled with one or more of the insurances we accept (i.e. Anthem Blue Cross, Magellan, MHN)
- Bilingual or multilingual (Spanish, Farsi, Armenian)
- Experience with online platforms Doxy and Theranest
Education and Experience:
- Licensed as an LMFT or LCSW or Clinical Psychologist in the state of California
- Graduated from accredited university
- At least two years experience working as a therapist in an outpatient clinical setting
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting of at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Compensation:
- Full Time - $65,000 to $95,000 per year (401k, paid vacation, health insurance, wellness program and more)
- Part Time - $55 to $75 per hour
