Introducing Dalia Frank, a seasoned Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Dialectical Behavioral Therapist, MFT Supervisor, and Credentialed School Counselor. With a Master's degree in Science and Minors in Counseling from California State University Northridge, Dalia brings a wealth of expertise to our practice. She also serves as the primary supervisor for our associates.
Dalia's journey began with a focus on at-risk youth in special education, followed by impactful roles in various school districts. Addressing academic, social/emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges, she employs Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to support children and adolescents who have experienced diverse traumas. Dalia currently specializes in working with Anxiety, Depression and Interpersonal Relationship Challenges.
In her therapeutic approach, Dalia seamlessly integrates Solution-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT). Mindfulness serves as a foundational element across these modalities, grounding her clients and fostering a present and transformative therapeutic experience.
