Payment Options

 Checks can be made payable to Tiny Steps Developmental Services and mailed to 12626 Riverside Dr. Suite 409, Valley Village, CA 91607. As always, when payment is sent through the mail there is risk of loss or theft. Reception is typically in the office 5 days a week, Monday through Friday and mail is checked during that time, however deposits are only made every 1 to 2 months. 

 Cash payments can be put in an envelope with the name of the client and either invoice number or dates of service and dropped off at the office in the mail slot. Reception is in the office 3 days a week and mail is checked during that time. We do have cleaning staff that enter the office each day. As with checks there is always the risk of loss or theft. We do not recommend mailing cash. 

The email address of payment is billing@tinystepsdevelopment.com and username is @TinySteps-billing. With any electronic means of communication, there is always risk of hacking. We recommend when paying with Venmo you only include your clinicians first name and date of service or invoice number, and that you do not include the words “therapy” or “services,” in order to maintain confidentiality.
